It is in a good spot and next to a lot of stuff.

They cancelled my room and charged me despite me emailing them. Speaking to the hotel staff was rough and awkward for me and my friends. My room has a strange smell to it.

The bed was comfortable.

The staff were rude ,it was dirty, the room was damaged in lots of aspects. Would not stay again or recommend.

Nice location. Sathorn area (expat area) near mrt and skytrain. Soi Sribumpen (the road of the hotel) has many restaurants, 7 eleven, street food and a few bars. The room was quite big and clean. Overall good value for money.

Hotel and furnitures need to be refreshed a bit. No hot water in shower.

Unfriendly, inattentive front desk staffs. Felt like request were burdensome to them. We booked 4 rooms for 4 nights. Guests of the 2 booked rooms have to check out one day early than scheduled. We were informed that NO refund allowed for that last night since we book rooms for 4 nights.

If you’re looking for somewhere to just sleep for cheap it’s a good place to choose.

The first room they gave me smelled of smoke, the door had been left open and there was a few bugs. The staff did change the room for us almost immediately, the new room was better. It’s a very basic hotel, did not provide any toothbrushes or toothpastes or any amenities other than shower gel on the wall.

Nothing really. I stayed here before a few times but it;'s not been kept to the standard it was. It is in a good location though with plenty of good places to eat.

Staff were unhelpful. I booked an early check in after a very long flight and had to wait 2 hours for reception to turn up and then they asked for an additional 500 baht for early check in - that got it all off toa bad start and didn't get much better. Sadly, the room I was allocated was a bit weary and lacked basic touch ups. The sink was cracked and paint peeling.

Once room was marked for housekeeping, it was cleaned very well Shops, massage places, restaurants close by

We had ants in the bed, reported the issue to the reception desk, only sheet was changed - did not resolve the issue On all materials it is marked that hotel is 5 min walk from Lumpini metro station - being realistic it was 15 min of quite quick march.

Close to 7/11 in walkable distance. Near a hotel which has a spa.

Staff were not very nice. And charge 3% on credit card. Has to be paid by cash. Limited parking. Not more than 10 cars if I remember correctly.

Good location...plenty of restaurants close by ...very private ...housemaid was efficient and polite....very clean....sheets and pillows very clean and comfortable bed

Everything was goodA

1. The size of the room it's perfect and really big . 2.The bed was really comfortable. 3. Room lighting and bathroom are good. 4. The windows of the room are very large and allow light to enter. 5. Window blinds are lined with a heavy entry against light . 6. The balcony was large with chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the sky and clouds and some modern buildings. 7. The hotel is located about 30 minutes by car from the famous markets.

1.There was moisture in one of the walls of the room causing a problem in the floor of the room also (ceramics). 2 .Wi-Fi is not connected in the device and is always intermittent. 3 .When I asked them to extend an extra night they asked me a large amount, while the price written on the price plate was different and it was the normal price that I booked on a previous basis. 4 .I put a small box of cakes on the table for breakfast for the morning, and in the morning I found the ants everywhere and inside the cake box too. 5 .There is no garbage in the room . 6 .When we asked to clean the room .. the bed was arranged and the big towels were changed only and the garbage bags were removed. However, the bathroom was not cleaned or the floor towels of the bathroom were changed and we did not find the small towels either. 7.There was a friendly girl behind the table, and there was a friendly man too, but the third man was whimsical and showed no respect and no interest and was not smiling and never welcome.

The place itself is a bit older than on the pictures, but generally is good for the money it costs

The hotel is really nice considering it is not very pricey. the facilities are good and they have clean rooms and very nice rooms. Although the location is not that accessible, there are lots of food choices around and that's great.

Not that very accessible to public transportation.
